sweet or savory? it was the question of the night when Krispy Kreme revealed its new Baked Creations at their Ayala Avenue Makati branch which is just a block away from our office building.since i'm a fan of their famous doughnut delights, i made an unusual choice that night by choosing savory over sweet. Mark Gamboa, marketing manager of Krispy Kreme led the unveiling of these two new options.Kruffins, an American style hand made muffin-with-a-hole filled with rich and delicious fruits, nuts or chocolate varieties and the Pull Aparts, North Carolina's original hand-rolled balls of dough like a sweet bread filled with varieties of cheese, bacon, sausage and cheese and cinnammon.along with other bloggers, we had our chance to be the first to taste these new creations. first on my list was the Cheese-filled pull aparts. delicious and looks like i'm spending some of my break time with this.my second pick was to try something sweet and i chose the Apple Streussel kruffin. tasty and liked the idea of having cream in the middle with nuts on top. they retained the idea of holes on doughnuts on this new creations. and i believe Krispy Kreme Kruffin and Pull Apart combined with their signature coffee are perfect companions for a break time.these new Krispy Kreme Baked Creations are available in Krispy Kreme Ayala and Greenhills branch as of this time. visit www.krispykreme.com.ph for more updates and might as well be a fan.
