pagbilao quezon - into a hidden beach

early morning the next day in Cagbalete island, the weather was not cooperating and so we decided to take the earliest trip back to Mauban in Quezon province. another group of travelers who were with us in Cagbalete were also packing up their things.we met this group lead by Pat and Adolf who had an itinerary to go to another beach in Quezon province. there were nine of them and they invited us to join them there since we're leaving that morning.Lawstude, Kit, Manny and i decided to join them since we already decided not to stay in Cagbalete because of the sudden weather change. immediately we took a special boat trip back to Mauban Quezon from the Cagbalete port.after an hour of rough water boat trip, we arrived safely at Mauban port and had our lunch in a nearby food shop. took a trip to Lucena joined with the other group and traveled for less than an hour to the drop off point of Pagbilao still in the province of Quezon.it was my first time to take this route Southeast of Lucena City. we started trekking on an almost hidden path. part of the trek was to walk beside a beautiful rocky coastline with clear waters. we were thirteen in the group and most of us have digital cameras. so we made short stopovers to take some shots of this coastline.the place was very tempting for us to take a dip and swim but we were just few minutes away from the hidden beach. so we continued trekking on a rocky path surrounded with trees.when we reached the gate to this semi-private beach cove, cottages and coconut trees added thrill of revealing a very beautiful beach.the whole beach cove to be revealed in the next post. if you've been following this blog, i'm sure you still remember this photo.i just arrived from the island province of Marinduque early this morning. post on this will come after the Pagbilao series.

Happy Easter everyone!

It really is beautiful and I hope it never become too commercialized. Or if it does, at least the mayor and councilors will insist on planned development. Sakit natin sa walang plano matindi — ang daming beaches tuloy na sirang-sira na.

Happy Easter! Looking forward to your pictures of this Eden.

Visited Lawstude's blog about this trip too. It really is amazing having to go and share your passion with other people!

Didn't know beauty such as this can be found in our country. The Philippines is amazing indeed. At least the Government is good in that area, having to fund much for Tourism.
