that's cool, pero hopefully next time ibang lugar naman sa Pilipinas.

Personally, I feel there are alot more beaches here in the country that's better than Bora.

But still, yay for the Philippines!!!

Wow! deserving talaga ang Boracay. Di pa sya masyadong well known kaya Boracay, the Philippines ang label unlike yung Phuket na no need ilagay na Thailand.

i hope the new york times list would do good to our tourism, not only in boracay but the rest of the philippines.

Under luxury destination ang Boracay?

Wow! This is good news to all our fellow Filipinos kasi we now have another great achievement.

Anyway, I'd to take a link from you if it's possible about my own post about how to reach boracay beach. I hope you won't mind me putting it here. o, and happy birthday to your bro, Lucky, Thanks for allowing me in advance.

Yey for the Phils!..So, ka-level na pala natin ang Phuket...Shucks, ako na lang ata hindi nakakapunta sa Boracay ah. Unahan pako ng foreigners. :)

Bakit kaya 44? Why not 45? May kinalaman ba to kay Barack? :)

Btw, there's a tourism conference in UP-AIT in Feb. Punta kayo.

Happy birthday! Where's the party? :)

that's very cool! you know, I had pictures of Boracay before it became so commercialized- with all the dried coconut palms and the indigenous rest houses along the white beaches, it was really very interesting, virgin picture of Bora....my husband took it 10 years ago and he was so impressed then. he thought it was the best beach he's ever been into, the sand is very fine & u feel like u're just walking in a carpet, one of a kind:) now, it's been different- there's a good and bad side on it though...hope it will remain a place for fun and beach adventure & not something else...

>gillboard, at least dahan dahan makikilala na tayo ng ibang bansa. usually naman yung mga pumupunta ng boracay nakakadiscover na rin sila ng ibang magandang lugar sa pilipinas. kaya malaking bagay na ito.

dami pa talagang magandang beaches dito.

>kegler, oo nga. kaya sana maayos na ang problema sa boracay. i got your point on the idea of being the next phuket.

>hi luna, im sure it will in one way. at least tourists starts to consider the philippines as an emerging destination.

>boracay beach lover, thanks for dropping by. okay ill review your post. thanks for the greetings to my brother.

>sidney, it definitely deserve it. thanks for the greetings sid.

>hi mitz, im sure you will. you've been to many places already. thanks for dropping by.

>oman, oo nga. buti talaga at napuntahan na natin. ganda naman kasi talaga. sana lang hindi na dudumi pa ang tubig.

salamat sa greetings.

>hi reena, you made me laugh. i didnt even imagine that it somewhat is obama's age. coincidence i think.

regarding the tourism conference, i would love to attend that. can you send me the details.

thank you for the information.

>hi mimi, tamang tama this summer. tama kailangan din tayo bumoto dun. sana makapasok pa.

>hi shawie, that's great! i only went to boracay last year and i also heard people talk about how beautiful boracay was during those times.

can you share a copy of that photo? thanks!

>cyndirellaz, oo nga. sana talaga maayos ang system doon kasi pag inabuso ito papangit din.

boracay is indeed beautiful, but too much commercialism destroys the supposed tranquil place, for sa palawan pa rin ako. :)

I'm glad we made it! We really need those currencies in this trying times. : (

Reena said...

Haha. I'm just kidding about the party. :)

No, i believe Obama's 47, but he is the 44th US president, so there! Feeling ko hindi coincidence yun.

Sige, i'll forward the tourism conference invitation. Ciao!

I love this shot. I like shots of rusty/old boats. And Boracay is truly a beautiful island. I just wish people would stop trying to turn into a second Ibiza!

Thanks for visiting Norwich Daily Photo and leaving your comments.

WOW! Saya naman. I went to the site and recommended Boracay. Shempre, love your own. Hehe. Naku, magmamahal na lalo sa Boracay nyan.

By the way, they should get rid of that "next Phuket?" tag question. I've been to Phuket and it's nowhere near the beauty of Boracay. :-)
