nightlife - boracay island

what makes Boracay alive at night are its restaurants, night shops, coffee shops, bars and pubs. aside from being known to have the best beach, Boracay is very popular because of its nightlife.one can still enjoy strolling at night, may it be along the sea shore or along its bay walk. one can sometimes feel that it's busier at night than at daytime. everyone can enjoy shopping at night as the mall shops usually close late night and the street vendors are as active.you'll notice that there's not much people in my photos. it is simply because i don't take much shots on areas where people are crowding.that's why if you really want some private chat or quiet time, avoid the commercialized areas of the island as parties can extend up to the beaches during the peak season.but for people who enjoy partying, dancing and enjoying the night life, Boracay will be perfect for you. you can party all night.kids can also enjoy the ferris wheel as it operates during night time. this wheel also lights up the mall area.i'm dedicating these night shots to my travel bud lawstude as he too dedicated his Boracay nights to me. thanks oman! check out his Boracay night shots here. he's got some of the best night shots of the island.and to all Filipinos, we celebrate Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao's victory over Oscar dela Hoya yesterday. it was a fight every Filipino will never forget.

Wow! Kagagaling mo lang pala dyan nun Oct. Sa station 2 ka nag-stay no? :) Nung nagpunta kami dyan, wala akong night life. Haha.

Btw, you are tagged pala. :)

ahh, the island that never sleeps! i hope you had great boracay memories, dong.:D

re pacquiao-de la hoya, i really had fun watching the match. feeling ko, ako si manny pacquiao (hahaha).

I didn't appreciate nightshots before, I thought they were so boring---that was until I found your blog. And now you're back in what you are good at doing. love the shots. The night really comes alive.

beautiful night shots. you are wise not to include people in these photos.

mabuhay si pacman. i was really excited to hear his win. i did not have the heart nor the money to shell our $54 for pay per view.

Hoping to see it and experience the enchanting hypnotic ambience of Boracay Island.
This is one of the reason that God actually exists.

>hi luna, yes. the busiest beach island definitely in the philippines. yes i did had a great time there. very cool place.

hehehe... we too enjoyed every punch. ramdam ang galing ng pinoy.

>bw, thanks a lot.

>pusang-gala, maraming maraming salamat. lately nga hindi na ako kumukuha ng mga night shots. im enjoying daytime shots as of this moment. pero hindi pa rin mawawala ang mga night shots.

>hi blue rose, yes i did! really enjoyed my stay there. i'm a beach person.

>photo cache, wow! $54! we actually watched it at MOA. just for free. it was a very exciting moment to see manny win over dela Hoya.

kapag night shots, salut talaga ako sau.

Napaka crowded ng bora during nighttime.

>philip, it definitely is.

>redlan, kakalungkot nga naman. sana iniwan mo na lang sya marunong naman yata umuwi sa resort ang tao.

maraming salamat redlan.

>oman, maraming salamat. pero mas bilib nga ako sa mga kuha mo. damihan mo pa mga night shots mo sa mga byahe.

>borneo, to make it more romantic, you need to find a semi-private place as most of the boracay bars and restaurants are usually busy with people. the main central area is busy at night.

>hi josh, malamang meron. kasi paborito ng mga taong mahilig bumili ng mga kwintas, singsing ang lugar na yan.

I think Boracay has become a place for the hip and young, or those in their 30's and over trying to recapture their youth :D

These are great photos, Dong! You paint a very attractive Boracay.

Thanks for visiting Norwich Daily Photo and leaving your comments. Enjoy the week ahead!

These are wonderful. I love what you accomplish with your camera day and night.

Excellent coverage. This is the reason I don't have much inclination towards Boracay because of it's commercialization. I remember that when I was there and we went out in the evening, it was just like nasa Libis ako or sa Tomas Morato, Hehehe...
Pero for those who would want nightlife outside the Metro, Bora is the perfect place...

You are on a paradise island. Yes, I did wonder at why yr pics seem to reflect the beauty of nature but seem to not focus on the human aspect :)

But seriously speaking, the nightlife, one can enjoy a few times a year but not not often. I can't stand the booze. :)

Vic said...

that's what I call night life! hehe! as if mahilig sa night life! nyehehe! :)
