the island of Capones has several beach sites around its coast. looking at the map that i made, you'll notice that the longest beach line are the ones of Adelante and Limpyo on one side then Huego and Maryada on the other side.
the names given to the parts of the island in this map are unofficial, these are completely made by dong to make it easier to describe and locate the areas around the island.
the beaches here offers many options to the beach bums. the side connecting Adelante and Piedra One are parts where rocks the reef line. these are sites for snorkeling since the water is calmer here.
Huego and Maryada beach offers waves coming from the South China Sea. although Maryada beach has big waves, i don't recommend surfing in that area because of huge rocks on some parts of its shoreline.
Huego beach will definitely be the best option for surfers, it has a wider beach line. this is one of the best option for beach activities.
for those who simply love to swim and snorkel, Adelante beach will be perfect for you. our camp site is between Adelante and Limpyo beach line.
but i consider Limpyo beach as the best part of the island. this is the best beach site in the island. you'll also have a scenic view of Mt. Anawangin while swimming and enjoying the waves in Limpyo beach line.
i highly recommend you to visit this island, as it offers many options whether you're a beach lover or someone who enjoys scenic natural landscape. although a day trip is possible, an overnight will complete your great island experience in Capones.

i miss capones and i have yet to camp out there for the night. medyo risky lang nga these days kasi malaki na ang alon at mataas ang tubig. but grey skies and all, masaya pa rin ang lakad niyo :-)

pero ayon nakatawid din pero hindi ko na uulitin ang pagbyahe habang may papasok na bagyo.

Galing kami don like 2 years ago. Diko pa napatransfer yung video namin then the photo we got from the celphone was corrupted pa. But the memory is great. Nag-inuman kami sa tabi ng beach at don na natulog. nagising lang us nung madaling araw nung umambon ng unti.
marami pala multo don kasi don sa beach lumutang yung mga banggay nun but I am totally unaware until bago kami umalis nung namention mga kasama namin.
Anyways, i will make an entry in my blog one time pag napatransfer ko na video. Nasa tape pa kasi.
