this year's theme is'You will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you will be my witnesses.' Acts 1:8
you can visit the official webesite at www.wyd2008.org or might as well check out one of the promotional video. to note, the biggest ever WYD happened here in Manila in 1995. this year's theme song is "Receive the Power" as sung by Guy Sebastian and Paulini.
i'm sure this will be another big event for the youth to reflect and be reminded of receiving the power of the Holy Spirit.
this week, byaheng noypi will feature my trip short way North of Manila.

sana may budget ang government para sa lahat ng youth dito sa pinas para makasama ang mga kabataang gustong maka witness ng WYD at para na din ma bless lahat ng makakasama..
Ang alam ko kapag na blessed ka ni Pope, the next generation of your family will also be bless..=)

i think around 2,500 ang aattend na pinoy. we are ninth in the list of the most number of participants in this year's WYD.

nakapunta ako sa wyd here in the philippines and i enjoyed it very much. it was one of those milestones in my life which i can't forget.

me too. totally inggit that i won't be able to go. i wanted to go the last time, but had thesis issues. now its money issues. hahhaha! at least i got to go to the one in manila.
