from Manila> take a bus going to San Pablo/Lucena at the Taft-Buendia bus terminal. bus is always available during daytime and less bus travels late night. during off peak hours, it can take you more or less two hours. tell the bus conductor to drop you at Seven Eleven San Pablo.
from Alabang> look for Jollibee located in front of the Muntinlupa barangay hall. from there, you'll find bus going to San Pablo/Lucena. from here it will take you less than two hours to San Pablo.

Byaheng Noypi is a wonderful way of sharing beautiful places in the Philippines. Keep them coming.
That looks like a wonderful place!
sounds interesting... will wait for more of your trips..
City of the seven lakes?
Great name and fantastic place it must be.
>hi rachel, thanks to that!
>hi sandy, it's a simple city. it might not be as wonderful as the other places but it has its own value.
>islander, salamat!
>quinttarantino, yes. they do have seven lakes.
I've been to San Pablo, but that was in the late '70s pa. It is indeed beautiful. Kaya inspired si Sampaguita to sing "Laguna".
I remember the stairs from the church going down to the lake.
Great pictures as always. The jeepneys were quite new and well maintained.
Looking forward to the lake trip!
thanks for sharing Dong
I agree with Rach, keep 'em coming.
ganda nung mt. banahaw pic.
>photocache, yes i will. thanks for dropping by.
hey mate, my dad is from laguna so i have been to san pablo numerous times. looking forward to your next post
wow! you always have great pics! really looked so great in there:)
I'd love to see more pictures from your trips! cheers!
such a breathtaking shot of Samapalok lake and Mt. Banahaw. I can somehow feel the crispness of the air.
;)
Wow! The view of the lake and the mountains is beautiful!! Great shot!
Never explored San Pablo kse dinadaanan lang namen ito when we go sa quezon. I love to checkout its sights soon.
Didn't know San Pablo has seven lakes :)
Two hours is not too far ! A glimpse of the country barely two hours away - amazing deal :)
more more more pics dong. hehehe
have yet to explore that city...cathedral lang napuntahan ko pero ilang beses lang dinaanan. next time
Have you heard of casa san pablo?
astig ba don?
thanks for sharing dom.
san pablo kasi to me is the jump-off point for mt. cristobal :-) i hardly noticed anything else much about the town
>madbong, that's nice to know. thanks for anticipating.
>hi salamat, thanks. keep in touch.
>anino, salamat. medyo common nga masyado ang kuha.
>hi rebecca, thanks. but it's a typical shot from the park's viewing site.
>hi karen, thanks. just a typical shot from the park's viewing site.
>kegler, i only had short time there so i can only feature the lake.
>bw, yes it is known for its lakes. 2-hour drive is not that stressful.
>tutubi, sana nga makapunta ka rin sa lake. try to take a bike ride around it.
just had 2 ask- how many trips have u been on ?
>stanley, i've been traveling at least twice a year to some long distance places in the philippines and a lot around luzon.
