Hello, regarding sa question mo about Bantayan or Panglao... Panglao is definitely much worth the time and effort if you just want to visit just 1 of them. The beauty of Panglao is comparable to Boracay less the crowd, I even think Panglao is more expensive than Boracay... If you have the time why not visit both, you won't regret visiting Bantayan and Panglao. The locals in Bantayan are one of the friendliest in the entire country, at least in my opinion.
