today the world will celebrate "Earth Day" and so i will pay tribute most of my coming posts to the importance of nature awareness and conservation. and there's more than just celebrating it because what it needs right now is action.
let's take part in our own way the activities and programs that support the conservation of our forests, wildlife and underwater life. these programs doesn't end on this day because as many say, everyday is Earth Day.
this year's theme is "Call for Climate" and for more information visit www.earthday.net

We are taking advantage of the good weather and beautiful outdoors during the Earth Day celebration...and conserving energy.
That's true---everyday should be Earth Day; that way, we'd be concern about our environment and climate all year long.
Great blog by the way. I hope we could exchange links.
There is a lot of work ahead but it is good that there are concerned people like you who can start a mentality change!
wow! dong..san 2? ganda ng place..=)
i think it was gore who said that if we continue with our destructive ways, the earth will still survive but we will not. that is another way of putting it and i think he is right.

I agree with you 100%! There's so much we can do even in the smallest of ways so long as we think about it. Such mindfulness is our hope. These photos are beautiful.
There are many people from your country who live in our community. When I look at your pictures I think of how hard it must have been for them to leave this gorgeous place.

hi sandy, thank you very much and it's good to know that this blog in its small way contributes to environmental awareness.
for the Filipinos there, maybe they need to earn more making them work there but i'm sure they have been planning ahead when to go home again every time they leave this place.
