just today after a long discussion with a creature, Remy finally agreed to cook for me. since cooking has never been my expertise. 
and for today's specialty, it's the chicken sisig*. thanks to chef Remy a nearly 2feet rat. i simply love this meal.
*sisig - a meal originated in Pampanga north of Manila.
