You see the same in Denmark (most discount supermarkets has this post board), except that its not for job vacancies but people selling/buying/giving away stuff: dogs, sofas, apartments - you name it :)
really. that's great! I hope I can visit your country soon.
yeah, haven't seen that kind in Cebu too...
but i guess it's a nice idea, though,
